CampusMemo is a publication for and about SF State faculty and staff. (Contact the Student Life team with items of interest to students.) A new issue goes live each Monday morning of the Fall and Spring Semesters.
To suggest an item for publication in CampusMemo, log in to complete the form.
The deadline for submissions is 5 p.m. on the Tuesday preceding publication.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. While we strive for an error-free publication, corrections should be sent directly to firstname.lastname@example.org and will appear in the next issue of CampusMemo. If a correction is needed for an event occurring before the next issue, an email correction may be sent to faculty and staff.
To submit an event to the University Calendar, which can be considered for publication in CampusMemo, complete the Calendar's Submit an Event form by 10 a.m. on the Wednesday preceding publication.
Note: During the summer, CampusMemo is published twice, once in June and once in July. Regular weekly publication resumes in mid-August. There is also a brief hiatus in late December and early January.
