To suggest an item for publication in CampusMemo, log in to complete the form. The deadline for submissions is 5 p.m. on the Tuesday preceding publication. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. While we strive for an error-free publication, corrections should be sent directly to firstname.lastname@example.org and will appear in the next issue of CampusMemo. If a correction is needed for an event occurring before the next issue, an email correction may be sent to faculty and staff.
To submit an event to the University Calendar, which can be considered for publication in CampusMemo, complete the Calendar's Submit an Event form by 10 a.m. on the Wednesday preceding publication.
During the summer, CampusMemo will be published twice: on June 17 and July 15. Regular weekly publication will resume on Aug. 12.
